SWEAT is a boot-camp class for all skill levels and ages! with a focus on cardio and BODY WEIGHT exercises, you’ll definitely break a sweat!
Join us on TUESDAYS at 5:30 p.m., Thursdays (multiple classes), and Saturdays at 10:30 a.m. ! All are welcome!
SWEAT is a fun boot-camp style class that is sure to a make you SWEAT!
Cardio, Core, Kettlebells, Slam-balls, Prowler pushes, body weight and more to help you become, STRONGER, FASTER, AND HEALTHIER!
This is for ALL fitness levels, young and old! We can modify or scale to your ability so YOU get the best workout! (Sorry, no barbell work for this class!)
